Project Overview
The goal of the project was to redesign the Group’s Customer Relationship Management system, moving away from a Windows Forms solution to a web based application. The web based interface enhanced the user experience for the staff, making the system much easier to navigate and use, providing increased customer service.
My Contributions
For this project I created wireframes and designed and prototyped the UI. I was the only designer on this project so I was involved in everything from planning all the way to delivering final designs ready for development.
